As lab manager, I help to ensure the lab runs smoothly at IU and our various field sites across the country. As a research associate at the Environmental Resilience Institute and the Midwest Center for Biodiversity, I study the prevalence of fatal avian window strikes on IU's campus. I also maintain a captive breeding program of dark-eyed juncos at Kent Farm Research Station.
